Because the HMI shows the fault of HF welder , like the fault of 3#board ,over-temperature, fault of water pressure,the opening and closing of the cabinet’s door,the over-current , the fault of negative bridge mos and positive bridge mos. The fault can be found and solved soon, therefore, the downtime is reduced.

They are easier to maintain because of their drawer style design . Troubleshooting and maintenance are also greatly simplified. This results in lower down time and contributes to enhanced productivity.
